Confirmation Policy:
Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours. If the preferred time slots are unavailable, UTPLTour and Travels will coordinate with the customer to arrange an alternative schedule that suits their preference. A new confirmation voucher will be issued and sent via email following any changes.
Should customers decide to cancel their booking before receiving a confirmation, a full refund will be processed promptly
Refunds are processed promptly and effectively. The applicable refund amount will be credited within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
Cancellation Policy
UTPL adheres to the following cancellation fee structure:
If cancellation occurs 40 days or more before the scheduled date of travel, a cancellation fee of 25.0% of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation occurs between 20 to 40 days before the scheduled date of travel,a cancellation fee of 50.0% of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation occurs within 20 days of the scheduled date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
Payment Term Policy
To secure a reservation, 100.0% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
This ensures that all arrangements can be confirmed and adequately prepared in advance of the travel date.
