Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Flight cancellation request should be raised at least 72 hours prior to the flight departure.

2. Flight reissue request should be raised at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure.

3. Refunds (If any) for cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card it will be reversed to their credit card account at the discretion of the company.

4. We never hold customer refunds. We will refund customers upon receipt of the refund from the supplier / Airline.

5. Customers are not eligible for refund for "No Show".

6. Service charges would be INR350 Per Person Per Sector for Domestic Flight however for International Flight INR499 would be the charges for Cancellation & Date change.

7. Refund will be done within 5-7Working days.

8. Refund for Special Fare & Fix Departure will be refunded after receive from Airlines / Suppliers
